For while fluttereing and sell conehead buggers tie and refish it to start at 45 degree angle down river and just let your gonna need to start at 45 degree.

Use to find fly shops in the area that you are going to fish. Call and ask them, and see if they will tell you what you need to get/use/purchase. Some of them have fishing reports on their web sites and the type of flies that they are using on the various rivers in their area.
Most likely it will be small nymphs and egg patterns.
